Accounting Officer

Responsibilities :

  • • Manage the daily operations of the accounting department
  • • Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
  • • Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • • Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • • Provide recommendations
  • • 2 years of accounting experience with Service business
  • • Advance skills with Excel and other reporting tools
  • • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • • Independent decision-making ability
  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills

 


Qualification :

  • • 1-2 years of experience as Accounting
  • • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, and accounting software databases
  • • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
  • • Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

Responsibilities :

    • • Responsible, manage and coordinate office administration

Primary responsibilities :
Training and Development

  • • Responsible for controlling and developing a broad range of activities in the function focus on Organization Development and Staff Training & development.
